I consider myself one of these men. None of your reasons fit mine, though.

The simplest terms to define my reasons: I feel terrible guilt if I receive selfish pleasure. Therefore the opposite is also true: I feel incredible satisfaction giving selfless pleasure.

I don’t like getting massages. Professional or otherwise. The same reason: I feel really uncomfortable feeling that good while someone else is doing all the work. I’m the kind of person who would pay for a massage and end up leaving less relaxed than when I entered.

Giving intense pleasure satisfies me more than anything.
